Step 1 Visit Hayya Website

Step 2 Register on Hayya Portal

If you are a first-time visitor to the site, you will need to “Sign Up”. An email address is required to make your account, and you will receive a verification code via email.

• Picture: Make sure your photo meets the specified requirements for sharpness, size, brightness, and light background. Click on “I have reviewed the instructions for uploading my personal photo and passport”. Click on “Browse Personal Photos”. 

• Upload Passport: Open the passport and crop the first page to make it acceptable as per the MRZ (Machine-readable zone). Your data will be automatically extracted. You can also do it manually. Make sure you save it. 
• When the data has been extracted, click “Validate User” and if that option is still unavailable, select “Normal” as the passport type.
• The next step involves entering your first and last names essentially. The second and third Latin names can be skipped. The last name section can be verified with the last page of your passport if you do not have a last name.
• Residential Information: Select the country of your birth and the country of your residency”. Otherwise, choose “No” if you do not have any previous residency information. You must upload your valid resident card or visa from the US, UK, Canada, Schengen, New Zealand, or Australia.

Step 07 – Visa Fees for My Hayya

Once your application has been approved and reviewed. The payment link will be emailed to you and will cost you QAR 100. You can pay the fees with a credit or debit card, or even a Visa or MasterCard. 

Once your application has been processed, you will receive your Hayya Entry Permit via email. You can also access it through the Hayya App.
